Vanessa Lamorte, M.A. is the author of Soul Seeds: Remembering Light Language and the creationist behind Pyrolysis, Soul Seeds and Synesthesia, sound healing alchemy albums. Annie Rodriguez is a mother-mover-dancer-teacher who loves to help others connect to their bodies and feel amazing in their own skin. Classically trained in ballet and Pilates and passionate about African/diaspora dance, Annie synthesizes multiple movement philosophies into her signature barre workouts, which prioritize precision in form as well as as posture, breath, and muscle activation to help movers connect to their body, energize each muscle group, work to the point of fatigue, and then enjoy a delicious stretch. Yawanawa Necklace
A beautifully hand-beaded Yawanawa Necklace from the Rautihu cooperative, a collective of women from the Yawanawa in Acre, Brazil. The Yawanawa are a people with a linguistic background who live in 9 villages located in the region of Acre, in the Yawanawa Indigenous Territory of the Gregorio River, in the Brazilian Amazon. They are known as the "people of the peccaries", the translation for the name of its people. They have a strong connection with forest medicine and power plants.
